Signed-in teachers can use the Innovation helpdesk to create and review support tickets.

A new public manual is not available yet. For now, use the in-app Help & Support area, this page, or the signed-in teacher helpdesk.

Innovation Teacher Link

The teacher companion app is approved and live on the App Store. Use it for sign-in approvals, monitoring, notifications, score snapshots, and secure account access from your iPhone or iPad.

Support for the iPhone app

The companion app is teacher-facing and works best when its recovery and help tools are already set up.

  • Use the in-app Help & Support area for the About page and User Guide.
  • If password recovery was set up earlier, you can recover access with your trusted iPhone.
  • If the app seems stuck on an old session, use Reset saved app data from inside the app.
